Deleting your data

You can remove MarketMind's access and ask us to delete your data at any time. You don't need to contact us first for any of these.

Facebook and Instagram

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or this link).
2. Find MarketMind, select it and choose Remove. Tick the option to delete posts, videos or events MarketMind published if you want those removed as well.
3. Facebook tells us automatically. We delete the access tokens and the Page, Instagram and ad account details we stored for you straight away, and stop all posting and ads changes. Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the status here.

Inside MarketMind

• Dashboard → Integrations → Disconnect next to Meta, Google Ads or Shopify removes that access and its tokens immediately.
• To delete your whole account and all brand data (audits, plans, posts and reports), email hello@marketmind.world from the address you sign in with. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Campaigns and posts that already exist in your own ad accounts and pages belong to you; removing MarketMind does not delete them unless you choose that in Facebook. Payment records are kept only as long as tax law requires. See our privacy policy for details.
