Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel any time

There is no contract. Cancel from your dashboard (Account → Cancel package) or by emailing hello@marketmind.world. Your package keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Refunds

• First payment: if MarketMind hasn't published a post or launched a campaign for you yet, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded once the month has started, because the work is delivered daily. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Charged in error: duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
• Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and Google and is not refundable by MarketMind.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Free audit

The website and brand audit is free; there's nothing to cancel.
